The vlog started with Farah Khan going inside the farmhouse with her cook, Dilip. Soon, Gaurav, with his wife and kids, greeted them and took them into a living room which he himself designed. Interestingly, the walls of the space are made using cow dung, giving it a traditional village feel. Despite this, the room looks stylish with comfortable furniture and warm lighting.

When Farah saw all this, she praised Gaurav, saying, “You’ve actually built a village, and it doesn't even smell.” Hearing this, Gaurav responded humorously, “We get cow dung for free here. It smells good to me. You will feel very relaxed.”

Gaurav then gave a tour of his farmhouse, where he showed various trees, including mango orchards like mangoes, which he planted himself. The biggest highlight of this farmhouse is its huge cowshed, where nearly 200 cows can be accommodated. Gaurav said that many of these cows were brought here when they were still calves, and now they have grown up completely.

The YouTuber explained his business of producing organic ghee using milk from the cows. According to him, nearly 80% of the milk is used for making ghee.

He also demonstrated an electronic machine used to churn buttermilk. Joking about it, Farah said, “Dilip, your job is gone. They are making buttermilk using a machine.”

Gaurav also showed a dedicated pickle room where workers prepare fresh pickles, and it is stored in ceramic jars. Later, Farah visited the open kitchen area, where a cook prepared traditional litti chokha for the guests, adding a homely touch to the visit.

About Gaurav Taneja

Gaurav Taneja runs a popular YouTube channel with millions of subscribers. He also appeared on Shark Tank India in 2025 with his brand Beast Life, but did not secure a deal. Despite that, his entrepreneurial journey continues to grow steadily.

Gaurav Taneja, popularly known as Flying Beast, has recently gained significant attention for his sprawling 10-acre farmhouse in the Delhi-NCR region. Valued at approximately ₹10 crore, the property is not just a residence but a dedicated hub for sustainable and organic living.

The farmhouse has become a viral topic following a recent tour shared by filmmaker Farah Khan, highlighting its unique blend of traditional Indian practices and modern eco-friendly living.

Key Features of the Farmhouse

  • Eco-Friendly Construction:

    • Gobar (Cow Dung) Walls: The living room features walls plastered with cow dung (lipai). This traditional method serves as a natural thermal insulator, keeping the interiors cool, and acts as a natural disinfectant.

    • Rustic Decor: Despite the traditional walling, the space is decorated with cozy, modern furniture to create a "dehaat" (village) feel without sacrificing comfort.

  • A Thriving Dairy Ecosystem:

    • 200 Cows: The property houses nearly 200 cows, which Gaurav mentions he brought in when they were just calves.

    • Organic Ghee & Dairy: The farm is the operational base for his brand, Rosier. They process about 80% of the milk produced into organic A2 Ghee and butter.

    • Sustainable Energy: The ghee is prepared in open rooms using dried cow dung as fuel instead of LPG, making the process largely self-sufficient.

  • Organic Farming & Produce:

    • Mango Orchards: The farm features extensive plantations, including mango trees and various other seasonal fruits and vegetables.

    • Pickle Room: A dedicated space is used for making fresh, organic pickles stored in traditional ceramic containers.

  • Organic Lifestyle:

    • The farm promotes a "farm-to-table" lifestyle, featuring an open kitchen where traditional dishes like Litti Chokha are prepared over wood or dung fires.

Business Integration

Beyond personal use, the farmhouse represents Gaurav's shift toward entrepreneurship in the health and wellness sector. His brand, Rosier, focuses on delivering pure, traditional Indian food products directly from the farm to consumers, aligning with his public advocacy for functional nutrition and natural living.
